Hostinger Pricing Explained: Which Plan Should You Pick in 2026? If Any

“Wow, that’s a lot of plans!” was my first thought – and second and third – when I first tried to make sense of Hostinger pricing and all its different hosting tiers. But then I realized that all those plans looked a bit similar, not just in price but in how they were presented … almost as if the only thing Hostinger did was slap a different label on the same product. Or did they? 🤔

Hostinger’s strategy sure is clever but can be misleading if you don’t know what to look for. Spoiler alert: they do indeed have just a few core hosting plans, but they dress them up differently across their site to cater to various needs and user preferences.

That’s what inspired this post. I’m here to break down Hostinger’s offerings, explain how they really work, and help you figure out what to consider when choosing a plan. My goal is to cut through the noise and show you that Hostinger’s plans are simpler than they might initially appear.

The true lineup of Hostinger products

When you’re navigating through Hostinger’s products and plans, it might seem like there are a lot of options that are very similar. The prices are close, and the plans seem to overlap, but they’re divided into different sections on their website.

What’s really happening is that Hostinger offers only a limited number of core hosting products. However, they use various pages on their site to highlight specific features or use cases of these products, depending on what a user might be looking for at that moment.

The redesigned version of Hostinger pricing page makes it a bit easier to make sense of the relationships between the core plans. You can shuffle between them on one page and see, for example, how their “web hosting” and “WordPress hosting” are essentially the same:

Then, for example, if you shuffle further down to WooCommerce hosting, you’ll see the entry-level Premium plan removed.

All of this mixing and matching is what leaves most people wondering how many hosting plans does Hostinger actually have? Let’s discuss that next.

And then each of those plans has specific features and enhancements that Hostinger highlights.

However, these are not separate server technologies or standalone hosting types. Instead, they’re variations or bundles of the same core plans listed above, customized or pre-configured for specific needs.

Now, let’s take a closer look at these options and pair them with the features and benefits they offer.

Hostinger shared hosting

Premium

This is Hostinger’s primary entry-level plan, allowing you to host up to 3 websites with 20 GB of SSD storage and 2 GB of RAM. It’s designed to handle an estimated 25,000 visitors per month. A free domain name is also included in the first year, which is a nice perk.

This plan is available across several of Hostinger’s offerings – you can find it under the labels “Web Hosting”, “Managed WordPress”, and even in their “Website Builder” package.

• Automatic website migration.
• 1-click Google integration (search console + analytics)
• Security features (DDoS, WAF, Malware scanner)

• Easy WordPress installs.
• Managed auto-updates.
• Hostinger website builder included.
• 100 subdomains.

Business

The Business plan is Hostinger’s most promoted and popular hosting option. It doubles CPU cores to 2, more than doubles the storage (to 50 GB), increases RAM to 3 GB, and raises the number of websites hugely all the way to 50(!). It really is waaaay above the entry Premium plan, yet it costs only slightly more. The storage also gets upgraded from SSD to the newer and faster NVMe. A free domain name is still included for the first year.

This plan is prominently featured on most of Hostinger’s pages, as it offers the best balance of features and price. It’s versatile enough to serve as hosting for standard websites, AI-built websites, and WordPress sites, while also being powerful enough for new ecommerce ventures, serving as the entry-level option in Hostinger’s WooCommerce plans.

• Everything included in the Premium plan, plus:
• Supports up to ~100,000 visits monthly.
• More frequent backups – daily and on-demand.
• Integrated with Hostinger’s CDN.
• WordPress staging.
• Object cache for WordPress.
• Free Amazon affiliate WordPress plugin.
• Access to an AI image generator, writer, blog generator, and AI SEO tools.
• 150 databases.
• You also start getting access to various server technologies such as: Node.js (host up to 5 apps), React, Vue.js, Angular, Vite, Next.js, and more.

Price:

• First term / promo: $2.69/month for a 48-month term.
• Renewal: $18.99/month.

Hostinger cloud hosting

Cloud Startup

The Cloud Startup plan is the first of Hostinger’s three cloud hosting setups. However, based on how Hostinger describes their server technology, data centers, and the way they categorize their hosting plans, it seems that these cloud setups are essentially a higher tier of shared hosting. This isn’t necessarily a drawback, and Hostinger isn’t alone in using this approach.

Moreover, the Cloud Startup plan is often positioned as a higher tier “normal” hosting option throughout Hostinger’s website. You’ll find it featured on the standard “web hosting” page, under WordPress hosting, and WooCommerce hosting.

The server specifications are presented similarly to those in Hostinger’s shared hosting plans. The Cloud Startup plan allows you to host up to 100 websites with 100 GB of NVMe storage, 4 GB of RAM and 4 CPUs. It includes the same set of managed hosting features for WordPress as the Business plan, but adds a dedicated IP address and priority customer support.

👉 The primary advantage of the Cloud Startup plan is its enhanced performance, thanks in part to the increased number of PHP workers (100 to 60 on the Business plan). Having more PHP workers allows your site to handle more simultaneous visitors without performance degradation, especially during traffic spikes or when running resource-intensive applications. Otherwise, most of the features are quite similar to those in the Business plan.

• Supports up to ~200,000 visits monthly.
• Dedicated IP address and priority support.
• Host up to 10 Node.js apps.
• 300 subdomains.
• 300 databases with 6 GB database size.

Cloud Professional and Cloud Enterprise

I’m grouping these two plans together because, in reality, all the cloud plans – including the Cloud Startup plan discussed above – offer the same features regarding managed WordPress capabilities, website builders, email accounts, security, and more. The only distinctions lie in the server parameters.

The equation here is straightforward: the more power you need, the more you’ll have to pay.

Below are the specifics of the Cloud Professional and Cloud Enterprise plans compared to the entry-level Cloud Startup plan:

Agency Startup and Agency Professional

Similar to the Cloud plans, the Agency plans can also be grouped together because they are scaled based on the same premise – resource demand, and they resemble the cloud hosting lineup of Hostinger’s very closely.

Aside from the above, the features are identical. They all include:

• Daily backups.
• Unlimited free SSL certificates.
• Free CDN.
• Dedicated IP address.
• Access sharing per site.
• 1-click WordPress installation.
• Enhanced DDoS protection.

Price:

Hostinger VPS Hosting

VPS hosting is where things start to differ significantly from shared and cloud setups.

Instead of sharing server space with other customers – as in “shared hosting” – you get your own dedicated subsection of the server to use exclusively. However, this doesn’t mean you have an entire machine to yourself – that would be dedicated hosting. Instead, you receive a “virtual” portion of the server.

Hostinger uses KVM virtualization (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) to achieve this. In simple terms, KVM allows your virtual machine to function as a fully independent server. This is because a virtual machine set up in this model virtualizes the entire server, including the kernel, network card, disk space, and even graphics. You can read more about it here.

Regarding Hostinger’s VPS plans, they all offer the same range of features (more on those in a minute), with the main differences being the parameters of the virtual machine. Here’s how those parameters compare:

There’s no specific pro tip here; you simply need to choose the server that you believe can handle the workload you plan to place on it. The good news is that the infrastructure is scalable.

Feature-wise:

• All servers operate on a 300 Mb/s network.
• There are automated weekly backups, plus the option to create snapshots manually.
• You can choose from a variety of popular Linux-based operating systems, control panels, and apps.
• You have access to an AI assistant to simplify your VPS management.

Minecraft and other game hosting

I’m listing Hostinger’s Minecraft and game hosting setups here as a subset of VPS hosting because that’s essentially what they are – at least at Hostinger.

All of their game server setups run on VPS architecture, with the only difference from the user’s perspective being access to easy-to-use control panels with instant setups for over 100 popular games. You’ll find simple installations for Minecraft, ARK, CS, Palworld, and more.

The pricing is almost the same as the VPS setups, but to give you a complete picture, here’s a table with all the important details:

All the other hosting plans are just gimmicks

Hostinger has numerous pages promoting different aspects of their hosting services. They offer a website builder + hosting package, an AI eCommerce builder, various types of CMS hosting, specific site builders for photographers, portfolio websites, and more. There’s a plethora of these options.

However, the key thing to remember is that most of these packages essentially promote Hostinger’s main shared hosting plans with a few (like this one) repackaging their VPS plans. You get the same range of features as you would with their web hosting or VPS packages, just branded differently to appeal to users looking for AI builders or other specific tools.

Hostinger’s other products

As a large company, Hostinger also offers a range of complementary products that pair well with their hosting packages. These offerings are generally straightforward and less complex than their hosting services.

Domains

Hostinger offers a solid lineup of TLDs, ranging from classic options like .com, .org, and .net, to more niche ones like .cloud, .online, .shop, .io, and, of course, .ai.

Hostinger pricing here is competitive and aligns with what you’d expect from other major registrars.

Hostinger Horizons

Horizons is Hostinger’s latest product. Although they’ve previously added lots of AI-powered features across their hosting and domain plans, Horizons marks their first full-blown attempt to launch an AI product.

If you’ve come across the trendy term “vibe coding” lately, then you will immediately understand the purpose of Horizons. It’s a no-code web app builder that lets you engineer your own custom software solutions via prompting:

At first, Hostinger offered this tool for free for seven days, but those good old times are done now. The current pricing is this:

Just one thing … about those “X AI credits/mo” labels that you can see in the image above. Every message you send to the AI costs one credit. I don’t know about you, but 30 credits is something I’d use up before breakfast.

Business Email

Hostinger includes free email services with their shared hosting plans for the first year. You can set up two email inboxes per domain, each with up to 1 GB of storage.

However, if you need more, Hostinger offers “Business Email” plans that provide up to 50 GB of storage per inbox, additional email aliases, forwarding rules, and generally more advanced features.

Email Marketing

This is a new addition, but Hostinger now also offers an email marketing solution. Basically, a kind of Mailchimp or Brevo, but running inside Hostinger.

The offer is actually interesting compared to other email marketing solutions on the web, due to how Hostinger structures their pricing. I mainly mean their monthly vs yearly prices.

While Hostinger tends to rotate their promos on different products, it’s not uncommon to get a yearly deal at 70% off compared to monthly. For example, if you have less than 500 subscribers, you can get the entry level email marketing plan at $5.99 monthly or $1.79 monthly when you pay for the whole year.

On the other end of the spectrum, Hostinger can handle up to 50,000 people on your list, too.

Last but not least, there’s also a free (trial) plan available. You can use it for a whole one year for up to 100 unique subscribers on your list. You can send 200 emails per month on that plan.

At first, Hostinger’s hosting plans might seem overwhelming and confusing, with what appears to be a multitude of options. However, once you dig deeper, you’ll quickly realize that there are really just a few core plans, with the rest being variations mainly for marketing purposes.
