1)How do I download the plugin?

  2. Login and download your .zip file

2)How to install Revive Old Posts

  1. To install Reviev Old Posts, as well as any other plugin, go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin -> Choose File
  2. In the new popup window, select the .zip file and click Open.
  3. Click “Install Now” and Activate after finished uploading

3) How to create and configure your Facebook App

  1. Login to Facebook and go to
  2. Create a new app
  3. Select website app
  4. Choose a name for your App and click “Create new Facebook App ID”
  5. Choose a category that suits your case and click Create App ID
  6. Fill in the Captcha Field to prove that you are a human
  7. Fill in the fields with the links as below. Replace “” with your website’s domain and click “Next” when finished
  8. Go to Apps->MyApp
  9. Click on “Settings” and complete those 3 fields as in the example below. For App Domains, replace with your domain. You will need to pick an unique name for “Namespace”, and a real email address for Contact Email to be able to make the App Live. After filling the empy fields, Save Changes.
  10. Go to “Status & Review” and click on that button to make your App Live.
  11. Click “Confirm” on the popup.
  12. Go back to “Settings” and click on the “Show” button to find your App Secret. You will be prompted for your password before showing you the App Secret.
  13. Copy-Paste the App ID and Secret into the menu Dashboard from Revive Old Posts and Click “AUTHORIZE APP” when done.
  14. When prompted for App Permissions, allow everything so your app can now post on your account

4) How to create and configure your LinkedIn App

  1. Go to and sign-up for an account if you don’t already have one
  2. Go to and  create a new app
  3. Complete all required fields, marked with a *. Remember to complete the website field with (replace with your domain).
    *Note: remember to set the App’s Status to Live
  4. Check r_basicprofile and rw_nus at Default Scope 
  5. Fill all Redirect URLs with the same link used at Website URL
  6. Check the Agree button, then click Add Application. When done, copy the API Key and Secret into your WordPress Dashboard
  7. After inserting API Key and Secret, click AUTHORIZE APP and you’re ready to go!
