What’s required to use ThemeIsle products (why we offer free shared hosting)?

All you need to start using our products is a working WordPress website and you can install the themes or plugins of your choice.

This is the reason we offer Free Shared Hosting for one year. We want to make sure all of our users can get started. You can find more details about how to get the free shared hosting here. This is just one of the perks of being a member

The hosting we offer is a complimentary perk and you can very well choose not to put it in action. However, it won’t make a difference to the price of our memberships.

Can you help me customize a theme I bought?

The good news is that you don’t need to have coding skills to use ThemeIsle products. Our themes are already easy to customize by using the Live Customizer. If you need additional customization or coding changes, we are unable to assist you in re-writing code, as this is beyond our scope.

What does the ‘domain license’ mean?

The limited usage of domains refers to the application of each license key of a theme or plugin. Each theme or plugin comes with its own license key. You can use one license key per active install even if it is a domain or subdomain.

For the WordPress multisite installs, you will need a license key for each website in the network.

To sum it up, you can use our themes on as many websites as you want but get updates only on the ones which have been activated using our license keys.

Do you offer support and what does Priority Support mean?

Yes, you can reach our Customer Support for questions related to your account, billing, pre-sales and product related. However, we do not offer technical customization on top of what our products already offer.

Besides our Docs, the plans that include Priority Support get a reply in 24h max. Currently, support time for paid users is in average 4 hours.

How long will I receive the theme and plugins updates?

With the annual membership, you will receive security updates and replies to your support enquires until the end of your subscription period. After 1 year (even if you cancel immediately), the product will continue to work but you won’t get the updates and support.

Lifetime is a one-time payment, and as long as the product is maintained, you will get support and security updates.
