They can lead to a poor user experience (UX)<\/a> and damage your reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n So, you might be wondering, why would you want to copy and paste something into WordPress at all? The answer is simple. It might be necessary in order to collaborate with individuals like guest bloggers<\/a> or any consultants or contractors you hire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n While you could give these people their own WordPress user profiles<\/a>, as a general rule, it’s best to limit accounts to those that are strictly necessary. This way, WordPress can easily transfer over your headings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Here’s how our result changes when we use Heading 2<\/em><\/strong> in the original Google Doc:<\/p>\n\n\n Next, we’ll need to fix our image issue. To do this, select the image and simply delete it. Then, add an Image<\/em><\/strong> block in its place:<\/p>\n\n\n Click on Upload<\/em><\/strong> and add the image that belongs here.
