Upsells are mainly used to convince customers to buy more expensive\/valuable items instead of what they&#8217;re currently looking at. <\/li><li><strong>Cross-sells: <\/strong>These show up in the shopping cart, right before the user is about to type in their payment information and complete the transaction.
