So, either log into your current account or create a new one.<\/p>\n To get started, click on this link<\/a> to go directly to the Google Forms dashboard.<\/p>\n You should see a page for either starting with a blank form or choosing a template. For this tutorial, we’re going with a customer feedback template–but feel free to build your own from scratch:<\/p>\n Regardless of whether or not you choose a template, you’ll then be prompted to type in a title and description.<\/p>\n You can edit these pre-populated questions to match your brand:<\/p>\n The module to the right has options for:<\/p>\n There’s a dropdown button for choosing different types of questions like “Dropdowns” or “Multiple Choice.”<\/p>\n Once you’ve configured your form, you need to generate the embed code so that you can embed Google Forms into WordPress.<\/p>\n To access the embed code, you can click on the\u00a0Send<\/strong> button.\u00a0If you haven’t explored the\u00a0Settings<\/strong> area yet, you’ll also want to do that before you generate the embed code<\/em>.<\/p>\n Once you click on the\u00a0Send<\/strong> button, you’ll see a few different options for sharing your form. To access the embed code, click on the < > <\/strong>tab:<\/p>\n If you want to change the size of your form, you can edit the\u00a0Width\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Height<\/strong> fields as needed (you can always edit these later after you see how the form looks on your site<\/em>). Then, click the\u00a0Copy<\/strong> link to copy the Google Forms embed code.<\/p>\n To add the Google Forms code into WordPress, open the WordPress editor for the post or page where you want to include your form.<\/p>\n Then, add a new\u00a0Custom HTML<\/strong> block:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n Paste the Google Forms embed code into the HTML area. Then, either save or publish the page.<\/p>\n You should now be able to see the form. Congrats!<\/p>\n If you don’t like the form looks, you can always go back and change the colors and\/or size.
